Upcoming Gallia County Family and Children First Council Events
Gallia County Family and Children First holds a bi-monthly Council Business Meeting on the first Friday of the odd months. This meeting takes place at 9:00 a.m. and is held in the Gallia County Service Center housed within the Gallia County Health Department located at 499 Jackson Pike, Gallipolis, OH. These meetings are open to the public and all are welcome. Gallia County Family and Children First holds bi-monthly Community Planning Meetings on the first Friday of every even month. These meetings take place at the Gallia, Jackson, Meigs Board of Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services located at 53 Shawnee Lane, Gallipolis, OH. The meetings are held at 9:00 and are also open to the public. Discussions on how the Council can provide assistance to children and families in the community take place. These meetings are considered "working meetings" and allow for meaningful conversations that help to evaluate Council productivity and effectiveness in our community.
